As long time motorcyclists and adventure riders, we kept waiting on a magazine that was dedicated to our sport – exploring the world on a motorcycle. There were a few hits and misses over the years, but really nothing that we felt hit the mark.
So instead of wishing and wanting, several riders got together and decided to start our OWN magazine. Everyone involved in Adventure Rider Magazine is heavily involved in the sport. Our writers are experienced at adventure travel and able to offer their wisdom, experience and knowledge – or lack thereof – to our readers.

Humor

If you have ever sat around a campfire at night after a long day of exploring the backroads and trails on a bike, you know that some tall tales are told and humor is part of the culture of adventure riding. We plan to bring you some of this spirit of fun to the pages of our magazine.

Adventure Rider Magazine is in no way affliated with the awesome web site advrider.com. Most of the people involved in the magazine have been long time participants in the site, but we are not affiliated with it at all. Most of us go there daily and really enjoy the site and encourage our readers to visit and participate in the ADVRIDER community. We hope to help promote and grow that community with a high quality magazine. Several of us have contributed financially to help support advrider.com. Proceeds from the sale of Adventure Rider Magazine go to “Baldy” to support advrider.com.
